Through this website, Aneto Global Solutions SL offers repair services for GPS collars for hunting dogs, locator controls and other related devices, as well as the sale of new collars, controls, spare parts (batteries, antennas, etc.) and products related to hunting.

TERMS OF USE

The use of the services of Aneto Global Solutions SL implies acceptance of the following conditions:


1. Repair Services

1.1. Shipments from Spain and Portugal

  • The service includes collection of the package, assessment/quote, repair and return of the product to the customer.

  • Shipping costs for repairs are urgent and insured, with a fixed cost of:

    • €10 for one-way shipping.

    • €10 for return shipping.

  • These prices apply to Spain and Portugal.

1.2. Shipments from other European countries

  • The customer must send the package to our facilities at their own expense, assuming the cost of one-way shipping.

  • Once received, Aneto Global Solutions SL will provide a quote and, upon acceptance, carry out the repair.

  • The return shipping costs to the customer's country are an additional £15 on top of the repair price.

1.3. Recurring or failed repairs

  • If, after a repair, the device fails again due to an error attributable to our intervention, Aneto Global Solutions SL will cover all necessary shipping costs.

  • If the fault is not related to the previous repair, the costs will be borne by the customer.


2. Terms and conditions of sale

  • Shipping costs for purchases are €7 for Spain and Portugal.

  • Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping (Spain and Portugal).

  • For international shipments, the cost will be calculated according to the destination (please enquire in advance).

2.1. Free trial and returns on sales

All sales include a one-week trial period from receipt of the product.

If the customer is not satisfied, they may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The customer must return the product in perfect condition.

  • The shipping costs for the return (both ways) are €15 in total, which will be borne by the customer.

  • The refund will be made once the goods have been received and their condition verified.


3. Acceptance of Quotes

In order to begin any repair, it is essential that the customer accepts the quote sent by Aneto Global Solutions SL.

Failure to respond within 30 days may be considered a waiver of the service, and the product may be returned upon payment of the corresponding shipping costs.


4. General Conditions of Use of the Website

  • The user agrees to use the website in a correct and lawful manner.

  • It is prohibited to manipulate the content of the site, its code or attempt to access private sections without authorisation.

  • The information displayed (prices, availability, services) may be updated without prior notice.


5. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is regulated by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

The data provided by the customer will be used exclusively to manage orders, repairs and communications related to the services contracted.


6. Guarantees

  • Repairs are covered by a warranty, limited to defects arising from the repair process itself.

  • This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, impact, moisture, natural wear and tear or external modifications to the device.


7. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, both parties may resort to the competent courts of the user's place of residence.
